Big Plastic Count Week
Monday 9 March-Sunday 15 March
For one week in March, thousands of people will be counting every piece of plastic packaging they throw away. Together, they aim to uncover the true scale of the UK’s big plastic problem and call on the government to do more about it. Still time to register and participate here.

Defend our Right to Protest March
Tuesday 17 March, 2pm-5pm, Central London
Government plans to give police new powers would effectively ban repeat protests. Join many civil society groups marching to Westminster to meet with MPs to demand they oppose this attack on our rights. Email to request booking link.

Together Alliance Demonstration
Saturday 28 March, central London
A coalition of local groups is joining forces for the ‘Together Alliance’ demonstration against the far right, including Greenpeace, marching from Trafalgar Square to Westminster. The local coalition has arranged a subsidised coach from Lewes to London (leaving 9.20am, returning at 6.30pm). See more in the Climate Hub newsletter article here
