Parents for Future Lewes becomes a Hub partner group

 

Parents for Future Lewes is a new group, formed by three local mums after watching a screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing in Lewes in July. Since then, we’ve grown to more than 30 members, including mums, dads, carers and grandparents – and we’d love more people to join us.

 

We came together because we care deeply about our children’s future – and we know we must do all we can to push for change so that the next generation has a liveable and healthy planet. If you feel the same, please reach out to us. 

 

We’re building a supportive group where everyone’s ideas are welcome. So far, we’ve met in the Lewes Arms for drinks and climate conversations, held a Stop Rosebank meet-up, and organised a climate listening circle for parents and carers; huge thanks to Jack Broadley from Lewes Eco-Climate Circle for facilitating.

 

Our aim is to have a mixture of daytime and evening events to fit around family life – we hope you can join us.
