Nurture Hub: Free Family Drop-in

Tuesdays 6, 13 & 20 October (and weekly during term time), 10.30am-12.30pm, Lewes Climate Hub, 32 High Street, BN7 2LU, FREE – no booking required

Lewes Birth Collective’s Nurture Hub provides a free weekly family drop-in with low-cost refreshments and space for children to play and opportunities for parents to connect in a calm, welcoming space.

Every fortnight, the session also includes talks and taster sessions with local practitioners exploring topics around parenting and wellbeing:

• Tuesday 6 October, 11am-11.30am – Postural Awareness in Postpartum with Clare Finch
• Tuesday 20 October, 11am-11.30am – How postpartum nutrition can help us all through winter, with Sami Howard

Coming up in November – Sensory Play for Development
