Nurture Hub: Free Family Drop-in

Tuesdays 15 and 22 September (and weekly during term time), 10.30am-12.30pm,  Lewes Climate Hub, 32 High Street, BN7 2LU, FREE

Nurture Hub is back at the Climate Hub after its summer break, providing a free weekly family drop-in, with low-cost refreshments, space for children to play and opportunities for parents to connect in a calm, welcoming space.

Every fortnight, the session also includes talks and taster sessions with local practitioners exploring topics around parenting and wellbeing:

• Tuesday 22 September – Talk & taster session about postural awareness
• Tuesday 6 October – Talk about homeopathy for mothers & babies
• Tuesday 20 October – Taster session of mum & baby yoga

Baby massage course
