NatureLinks: Practical Conservation Training & Tree Care Course

If you’re aged 14 to 25, join Railway Land Wildlife Trust’s NatureLinks team for some brilliant free sessions where you can develop practical, expert skills to conserve and care for nature. Booking is essential – email or text 07579 852961 to secure places.

Practical Conservation Training (choose one date)
Saturdays 3 October, 28 November, 12 December, 10am-12.30pm

Develop a valuable range of skills so that you can carry out practical conservation tasks safely and effectively. Build confidence in using  tools, understand risk assessment and management and increase your knowledge in local nature recovery and how best to support our precious wildlife.

Tree Care Course (three-week course)
Sundays 18 October, 25 October & 1 November, 10am-1pm

Malling Deanery Arboretum, Church Lane, Lewes, BN7 2JA

Over this three-week course, learn how to plant young trees with local experts from Lewes Urban Arboretum. Develop valuable skills in essential after-care to improve tree health and longevity – and play a vital role in helping to increase tree cover.
