Lewes officially a Swift-friendly town!

In September, Lewes Town Council formally agreed to Lewes Swift Supporters’ proposal to declare Lewes a Swift-friendly town. That means working together to celebrate Swifts, raise awareness of these marvellous summer visitors, and encourage more of us to be ‘biodiversity champions’ to create the conditions in which Swifts and other wildlife can flourish.
