Lovebrook

Be a Saturday collaborator at Lovebrook

Lovebrook farm in Kingston hosts lots of inspiring events about food, farming, creating and wellbeing. Now it’s looking for local makers, artists and enterprises who can give talks or demonstrations about their skill, craft or practice, as Yazmin Dewey explains.

Lovebrook is a for-benefit organisation based across 33 acres in the beautiful South Downs village of Kingston. Our ambitious project includes agro-ecological farm, food forest, therapeutic work, wellbeing activities, trainee farmers course, farm shop and cafe, camping and a programme of rewilding, ponds and tree planting.

Now we are inviting local makers, artists, practitioners and suppliers who align with our values to give a free talk/demonstration of their skill or craft on Saturday afternoons, with the opportunity to sell and advertise for free at our Saturday farm shop and cafe.

We hope this may be of interest to anyone who has something to share and is looking for a platform. So far we have had Iford Lavender, Herbalist Rosie Lathen, Hedgewitch selling her amazing natural pestos and offering tasters, talks on nature connection from People’s Park for Nature, and A Touch Of Gentleness offering free hand massages as part of their recruiting for new volunteers!

Events would be held on Saturdays at 1.30pm throughout the rest of 2026. If you would like to collaborate, please get in touch with a short description of what you might like to offer by emailing me at .
