Social prescribing recognises the value of non-clinical activities and interventions for improving individuals’ health and well-being, from volunteering, to arts activities and group learning to befriending. Sarah Guyan of Age UK East Sussex explains the different social prescribing options and how they can be accessed.

Dr Charlotte Rae PhD, founder of the Sussex 4-Day Week project, explores how reducing time at work with no loss of salary improves mental health, reduces burnout, and enhances workplace performance, and shows how employers have made a four-day week work.
