Join Greencuisine to turn seasonal produce into delicious ferments to store in the larder and enjoy all year round. This hands-on one-day masterclass will give you the skills and confidence to take your excess produce and transform it into delicious store cupboard staples, inspired by different cultures from around the world.

The day is packed full of unique and wonderful flavours and suitable for anyone interested in harnessing the benefits of natural processes. The workshop includes all ingredients, plenty of tastings and ideas, a jar of sauerkraut and a sourdough loaf to take home recipes and a lunch of tantalising tastes.
