Get involved at Action for Conservation

Action for Conservation is a charity that seeks to inspire and empower young people to become the next generation of environmental leaders. It is on the lookout for volunteers aged 18+ in Sussex for a range of inspiring roles.

Action for Conservation has a mission to bring the magic of nature into young people’s lives, inspiring a youth movement committed to conservation and to the earth. To do this, it has developed its programme of school workshops, building a structure and training young conservation professionals from around the world as workshop leaders.

To date, Action for Conservation has been operating in London, Bristol and Manchester. Now the charity has launched its programme in Sussex and is on the lookout for volunteers (aged 18+) with an interest in youth work, the environment and sustainability for a range of roles.

Specifically, it is recruiting for the following:

  • Youth Engagement Volunteer (1 activity per month, organised by the charity, supported by the volunteer)
