Seed Stories talk

Join us for an inspiring talk about seed saving, growing food, and building resilient growing communities with Vivien Sansour. “Seed Stories” is a live Zoom talk with Q&As on Saturday 30th January 5pm to 6pm.

In partnership with Seedy Sunday Brighton and Hove http://www.seedysunday.org

Vivien Sansour is an artist, storyteller, researcher and conservationist and will talk about the relationship between seed conservation, food production and communities and how saving heritage seeds “can become part of our living culture rather than a relic of the past”. Vivien will share seed swapping stories from around the world and discuss why seed conservation and seed sovereignty are so important right now for all of us.

Seed Swap 2021

In spite of our best endeavours, we sadly wont be able to hold a Seed Swap this year because of the Covid19 situation. Any donated seeds we will give to community growing projects, gardens, and schools in and around Lewes.
