Join the River Festival!

Sunday 25 September 11am-5pm Railway Land (FREE) then 7.30pm-10pm, Linklater Pavilion (£6), Railway Lane, Lewes

Come to a day for all the family to celebrate, learn about and take action for our river Ouse, with talks, guided walks, performance, crafts and family activities in the day – then song, story-telling and river revelry in the evening.

Love Our Ouse and the Railway Land Wildlife Trust present the first River Festival: a free, fun, and informative line-up of speakers, performances, citizen science, and lots of river-related activities, where you can learn all about the River Ouse and celebrate the communities and wildlife that live along it.

The daytime features family-friendly activities, art, crafts, guided walks and talks in the nature reserve. The evening will see revelry in the Linklater Pavilion from 7.30pm with music, poetry, and performance (£6 per person). With food and refreshments throughout.

Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome at the outdoor events.
